8. Returns & refunds
Unopened items: Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Opened/used items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including e-liquids, coils, or pods.

Defective items: Defective products may be reported within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase and supporting evidence. We may, at our discretion, replace, repair, or refund defective items.
